How to opt out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts. You may resume messages at any time by replying START.

Photos you send us for quoting purposes are used only to prepare your estimate and perform the work. Photos we take on your property during a job may be used to document completed work for our records, for warranty purposes, and to share with a referring partner where applicable. We will not publish photos of your property in marketing materials without your permission.

We keep customer records for as long as necessary to provide services and to meet our tax, licensing, insurance, and warranty obligations under Washington law. Communication records, including text message threads, are retained as part of the customer record.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including reputable third-party software providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
